At MKB Trading, your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains when and how you may return a product and request a refund.
01 Return Eligibility
Products may be returned if:
- The item received is damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
02 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used products
- Customized or special-order items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Clearance or final-sale items
03 Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our support team with your order details.
- Provide your order number and photos of the item (if applicable).
- Wait for return authorization before shipping the product back to us.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
04 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
05 Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by MKB Trading.
- For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
06 Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests and are subject to this policy.
